Two Versions: 

Available in your choice of KEYCHAIN of POCKET versions.

• KEYCHAIN version has a hole in the cap with a small split ring pre-installed. (Large Titanium Keyring sold separately here)

• POCKET version has no hole in the cap and no way to connect the pen to a keyring. Also, for the POCKET version, there is not a way to attach the cap to the back of the pen.
